Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Alsir is an elegant property just a few kilometres from the centre of Forli, yet which maintains a particularly authentic atmosphere. The house ensures great privacy and tranquility, perfect for those looking for comfortable accommodation in a convenient location, set in the Tuscan/Romagna hills and just 30 kilometres from the famous beach of Milano Marittima. Indoors, Villa Alsir is characterized by a refined, elegant style of great taste, with all available amenities; the outdoor areas, as well, are extremely enjoyable with the presence of shaded pergolas ideal for open-air meals or relaxing with a good book.

Interior:

The villa has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a welcoming open-plan area consisting of living room, dining area and a large, open kitchen. On this floor is a guest bathroom and two porticoes furnished with table and chairs for outdoor meals. A terracotta staircase leads up from the living room to the first floor, where there are a double bedroom, a double bedroom with dividable beds and two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.

Park:

2 hectares of land make up the property surrounding the villa. In the enclosed park, a well-defined pathway leads to the swimming pool which is surrounded by many relaxation areas placed in strategic places. A fabulous 7.000 sq m garden has over 100 species of plants and flowers, each planted carefully along meandering paths that lead to the various set-up areas such as, for example, a romantic gazebo, covered in Virginia creeper in front of the large windows of the living area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The welcoming pool is set inside the garden and ensures absolute privacy. Situated on the side of the property that borders the woods, it is only 20 metres from the house and is reached along a pathway lined by a beautiful mixed hedge and flowers. The border and inner lining of the rectangular pool are in pearl-white stone, stone steps lead into the water and it has chlorine purification. It measures 15 x 7 m with the depth ranging from 1 to 2 m. Surrounding it is a well-kept lawn provided with teak sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Giovanna's. The villa is very self contained, and Giovanna was available if and when we needed anything - she couldn't have been more helpful, and even popped over with fresh vegetables from her friend's veg plot one afternoon. The pool and BBQ area are completely private and we spent most of our holiday there! Would thoroughly recommend to other visitors!

No. If you are concerned about the owner living on site please don't be - it's completely private and actually really helpful to have a helping hand nearby.

The property and its setting really were spectacular. We enjoyed the very high quality of the interior and the excellent use of space. The privacy afford by the setting was greatly appreciated, and we had a thoroughly marvellous time at the property.

WEEKLY RENTALS:
The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.
