Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Just ten minutes from the sea is Villa Romy, a lovely country house located near the Riviera Golf Club in Cattolica. This fascinating house with its beautiful corner portico will give you a holiday that is unique and refined at the same time. The style is both classic and country, the furnishings elegant and original yet, at the same time, warm and cozy. One's attention, however, is drawn towards the portico, completely open, which undoubtedly represents the focal point of the property and, being very large, the cozy atmosphere of this unique and special area will be the perfect choice for guests to spend time in.

Interior:

The villa has two floors. The main entrance, on the ground floor, goes directly into the dining area which then leads on to the living room with direct access out to the portico furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor meals or just relax with a good book. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom with shower. A beautiful stone staircase leads up to the first floor with, on the right, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and, on the left, two double bedrooms and another bedroom with two, joinable, single beds. The first floor is completed by another bathroom with shower and tub.

Park:

The whole property spreads over an area of about 1.5 hectares. The park pertaining to the house, which extends for about 6,000 sq m, contains a large variety of tall trees as well as some lovely woodland, perfect for strolling around in. The garden in front of the portico, as well as the pool area, is planted with grass and hedges. The large portico, furnished with table and chairs, is the ideal place to relax and watch the children playing in the park thanks to the equipment provided. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The blue pool, not far from the portico, lies in a sunny position. It has an irregular shape and measures 30 sq m with a constant depth of 1,30 m. Large steps lead into the water and it has chlorine purification. The surrounding paved area is provided with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is completed by a Jacuzzi tub. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Pets: On request. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site.

This area of the Adriatic Coast has a wide range of services able to satisfy every need of the client. Easily reachable from both north and south thanks to its vast road network, it is also perfectly located for making daily excursions to explore the beautiful countryside of the hinterland.

For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.
