Interior:
The villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance, under the portico on the side of the parking space, leads directly to the large living area on the ground floor. This room is subdivided in four areas: study, relaxation corner with fireplace, TV area and dining room. From the living area you can go directly to the portico through two French windows. Down two steps from the dining area you come to the kitchen and the veranda with large windows where the well is situated and with a table ideal for meals. The veranda, too, has access to the outside. To the right of the living area there is one double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with shower. A corridor adjacent to these two rooms leads to a twin bedroom with access to the garden and a further bathroom with shower. In front of the dining area is a terracotta staircase which goes up to the first floor. This floor is composed of one double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a panoramic terrace furnished with deckchair and table.
Park:
The property extends for four hectares. The garden surrounding the house is 3000 square metres. The main part is covered by lawn with olive trees, palms, aromatic plants, fruit trees, limes, medlars, eucalyptus and paulownia. The rest of the property is woodland with oaks and holm oaks. In the garden is a gazebo furnished with table and chairs and next to the kitchen is a brickwork barbecue and a wood fired oven. The large portico which extends around two sides of the house is furnished with tables, chairs and divans.

Swimming Pool:
The pool, on the same level as the house, is situated about 15 metres from it. The shape is two rectangles connected to each other for a total dimension of 15 x 6 m. The maximum depth is 2.50 m while the minimum is on the same level as the ground as a sloping ramp leads down into the water. The inner lining is in white PVC and it has chlorine purification. The solarium area is paved in sand coloured cement and is provided with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. The pool has an outdoor hot-water shower and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Near the solarium area is a characteristic gazebo provided with divans, smoking table and ceiling fan.
