PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Purple is located in the exclusive locality of Pantogia, a hilly area overlooking the Gulf of Pevero and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The building dates back to the 90s, with great attention paid to detail in the style of undisputed quality; each room of the house is equipped with unique furnishings and design accessories that characterise the individual rooms, from the paintings and objects of the interior, in both the night and day areas, to the sculptures of Cascella and the architectural details of the exterior. Cosy, brightly-lit rooms from which the sea of the Costa Smeralda is always visible. Unique in its kind for space, position and workmanship, with a fantastic outdoor living area that resembles a painting overlooking the sea. One's eye is caught by the swimming pool, rebuilt in 2021, and the surrounding Orosei marble-paved solarium. The villa has four double bedrooms with large dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms. The spacious equipped kitchen and the large elegant living area give access to the external areas surrounding the villa and to the covered terraces. Below the pool level there is an annex with one double bedroom, bathroom and another room equipped with built-in kitchen and 2 additional beds.


The interior of the villa is unique, of top quality and finely designed to blend perfectly with the context and modernity of the style of Villa Purple. Rich in objects and furnishing accessories of top design, it is characterised by high quality porcelain stoneware in the living area and in the bedrooms, and by fine Orosei marble in the outdoor living area with all the design furniture in line with the modern style of the house. The four bedrooms do not have wardrobes but rather rooms or corridors designated as wardrobes, or dedicated to luggage storage but equipped with chests of drawers and hangers. VILLA: The villa has two floors, with entrances both on the top floor leading to a large open-plan living room and a kitchen and the ground floor, where the bedrooms are located. The living room has large windows overlooking the sea that give access to the furnished veranda with outdoor dining area. From the living area, two staircases at two corners of the room lead down to the sleeping area on the ground floor, consisting of four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower and french windows that lead directly out to the external living areas of this floor. ANNEX: The property is completed by an annex located below the pool level, which is accessed down a few steps adjacent the pool and has maintained the typical character of Sardinian buildings of the past, composed of a sitting room, a double bedroom, a further room with two extra beds and a bathroom with shower.


The green area surrounding the property, spread over terraces, is minimal and characterised by Mediterranean scrub and granite stones. At the main entrance, junipers, olive trees and mastic trees stand out. In the vicinity, slightly elevated, is a 100 sq m green lawn area. The manual entrance gate, in wood and classic emerald style, gives access to the basalt-paved driveway. A second pedestrian gate adjacent to the parking spaces on the street side provides a second access to the villa. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The wonderful swimming pool and solarium area of about 80 sq m is paved in white granulated Orosei marble. The swimming pool, lying between the solarium area with sea view and a cosy shaded covered area, is reached by steps from the ground floor with the bedrooms. Measuring 11,5 x 3,5 m with the depth varying from 1,20 to 1,60 m, the rectangular pool is lined in white PVC and has chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water. The sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and completed by a jacuzzi tub with sea view, set in Orosei marble. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Location and distances

Pantogia is a residential complex with good references located on a hill about 2 km from Porto Cervo. It enjoys a unique view of the sea of the Costa Smeralda, despite its centrality with respect to the more renowned areas of the coast, and, thanks to its hilly position, it has privacy and tranquillity. The view from the outdoor living area and the living room is amazing. The panorama facing the Gulf of Pevero to the east is characterised by the unique colours of the sea of the Costa Smeralda. Easily visible in the distance, a few miles from the coast, are the Nibali islands, the sea of the Grande Pevero beach and the promontory of Monti Zoppu. The Gulf of Pevero hosts large boats in the roads, boats present as everyone knows during the summer months on the Costa Smeralda and which also at night, due to the reflection of their lights on the water, contribute to the unique panorama.

For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.

  • national lockdown in Italy;
  • local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
  • national lockdown in your country of residence;
  • Italian local lockdown in the Client's Municipality or area of residence..
