PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Casale Buccellato is easily accessible and its large gate is located along the road of a residential area a few kilometers from Castellammare del Golfo. It is cradled among majestic promontories and is immersed in a large two-hectare park planted mostly with pine and olive groves typical of the area, innervated by small paths made of local stone that invite you to stroll and reach the hammocks shaded by age-old pines. Of classical inspiration, it has been recently renovated in the name of modern comfort, while respecting the local architectural tradition. The farmhouse is fully air conditioned and all the bedrooms in the main building have an en suite bathroom. The common areas on the ground floor offer comfortable spaces to relax in the traditional living room, and the dining room is directly connected to the kitchen with a typical Sicilian flavor, entirely tiled with ancient tiles. You can access the outside from various points of the house, where you can have lunch under a large pergola and access the large, well-equipped infinity pool. The property is located in an area full of destinations to explore. Between the farmhouse and the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo there are basic shops, supermarkets, excellent bars and bakeries. The historic center of Castellammare evolves around the pedestrian center and the small port that are teeming with restaurants and bars and you can breathe a holiday and pleasant atmosphere. The area offers a varied choice of destinations to explore for all tastes. The Riserva dello Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo are sought after areas for their white beaches and crystal clear water as well as for the paths for long walks and trekking. The historical destinations include the suggestive Greek Theater of Segesta. For wine lovers, Alcamo and Marsala and their numerous wineries will not disappoint. This geographical area evokes ancient Arab flavors and the town centers retain an authentic flavor. The fascinating Sicilian capital of Palermo is one hour away.


Casale Buccellato consists of the main villa and an annex. VILLA. It is on two levels. The main entrance opens onto a spacious atrium with a joint on three sides: on the right the living room with direct access to the outside; opposite, the imposing living room with its large dining table well connected to the traditional Sicilian-style kitchen (from which you reach the laundry room); on the left you reach a double bedroom with its en suite bathroom with shower. The atrium also leads to the staircase leading to the upper floor. Here there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower overlooking the covered terrace with relaxation area (also accessible from the corridor). Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom complete the floor, all with bathroom with shower. ANNEX. It can be reached by crossing the central courtyard and consists of a living area, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom with shower.


Casale Buccellato is located in a fenced park of about 2 hectares, consisting in part of a pine forest, an orchard, a small vine and an olive grove where 3 shaded hammocks have been placed. The flooring is paved with natural stone around the farmhouse and in the central courtyard. The same stone was used to create paths that lead to the pool area and to the olive grove area with hammocks. At the back of the house, 5 steps lead to the pergola with the large table for outdoor dining and nearby are the ancient stone pile and the mobile barbecue. A few steps from the pergola is the large swimming pool area. In the central courtyard, an outdoor area covered by a canopy houses the ping pong table. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

From the terrace at the back of the house 4 steps downhill lead to the pergola and then to the pool area, about 10 m from the villa. The pool area is bordered by hedges and olive trees, and the view of the mountains is spectacular. At its center lies the rectangular infinity pool, 15 x 6 m wide and 1.40 m deep. The pool is purified with salt. The tank is covered with an innovative PVC (Arkoplan Touch 3000) and is accessible by a few internal steps. Sunbeds and umbrellas are positioned all around on the vast solarium paved in natural stone. The outdoor shower is solar. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.

Location and distances

The farmhouse is located in a residential area 5 km from the delightful village of Castellammare del Golfo with its wide choice of fish restaurants, bars, its ancient trap and the small port. A few meters from the house there is a pizzeria that can also be reached on foot. A 5-minute drive away you will find supermarkets, basic shops and excellent bars. The A29 motorway junction is 9 km away. The area is full of wonderful beaches and bays in the Scopello areas and in the Zingaro Nature Reserve and is also known for its wines to be tasted in the cellars of Alcamo and Marsala. The Greek theater of Segesta is only 25 km away. In San Vito Lo Capo you can enjoy the white beaches with crystal clear water; the famous Couscousfest will be an extra attraction for those who will be guests in the hotel in September. For trekking lovers, we recommend the possibility of relying on expert guides to explore the fascinating paths of the area's nature reserves.

For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.
