From its enviable hillside setting, magnificent panoramic sea views extend from nearby beaches and a marina to the Aeolian Islands beyond. It is an incredible backdrop for a morning coffee on the terrace, a cool evening drink by your private heated pool or an afternoon siesta.

VILLA LA VISTA HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

Step inside to a stylish living space spread over three floors. From the outside the villa may seem a simple small house but as soon as you enter you see the incredible sea views through the large glass doors facing the sea. Three double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, of which two are ensuite, and a sofa bed is available for two extra guests. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms. Entrance floor: work space, living room with sofa bed, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath. Downstairs: kitchen with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower of which one is en-suite. Upper floor: access to the panoramic terrace.

Park:

To never lose sight of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, the sea side facade of the villa is equipped with large windows, stained glass windows and balconies. For the best view you can reach the roof terrace by climbing the iron stairs. The infinity pool, with its particular shape, seems to be the continuity of the sea. It almost seems to touch the Islands. Around the pool, the solarium with deck chairs and the dining table under the olive tree will be places of relaxation for moments of sharing with family or friends. A small garden with lawn, accessible via 5 steps from the terrace, also offers a barbecue area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The irregularly shaped infinity pool measures 12 x 3 m and is from 0,50 m to 1,50 m deep. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

With its restaurant and its renowned ice cream parlor whose specialty is salt ice cream, San Gregorio represents a dip in the past of the small seaside villages of Sicily, but also a great opportunity for those who prefer to go to a less crowded beach. For those looking for a popular place, beaches and entertainment, the Capo d'Orlando beach will be more suitable. The seaside town also has numerous clubs and many boutiques, for a wide choice of shopping. Finally, the tourist port of Capo d'Orlando, very close to San Gregorio, and 2km from the villa, offers many popular places all year round.
