La Torre di Monsignore, a splendid property dating back to the end of the 19th century, has been carefully and precisely restored, with great attention devoted to the architectural preservation and respect for local criteria. The original structure has been enlarged with the construction of a new wing, built with the same criteria, materials and building techniques, which have made it possible to present, at the end of the long restoration, in the summer of 2020, a building of undoubted charm and of considerable architectural impact. The villa, fully air-conditioned, sleeps 12, in fact there are 6 bedrooms including 2 family suites. In addition to the fully-equipped kitchen, there is also an open/closed air-conditioned veranda equipped with thermal break doors and windows, ideal for use 12 months a year. The furnishings have been tastefully chosen and are almost all handcrafted and custom-made. The interiors are enriched with ceramics and objects of the best local typicality and production. The villa, set in a context of centuries-old majestic olive trees, is surrounded by a splendid garden of about 5000 sq m where the large swimming pool stands out, surrounded by a perfectly maintained green lawn and enriched by numerous flowers and ornamental plants. The villa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Apulian tourist panorama, between Fasano and Ostuni, in the so-called plain of centuries-old olive trees or historical farms.

Interior:

The villa is spread over one level, with the exception of a suite on the mezzanine floor. A very large living area is available on this floor. The living room, created in the fully opening veranda, air-conditioned and equipped with Jansen minimal profile windows with double thermal break, is connected to the dining space and the well-equipped kitchen. Serving the floor is a bathroom with shower. On the side that runs along the farm towards the swimming pool, with an independent entrance, is the first family suite consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom with large shower. On the front of the pool area, again with independent entrance, there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside equipped veranda. A short distance away, crossing the courtyard of the farm, there is the second family suite, also made up of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Finally, on the mezzanine floor, accessed from the internal stairs, there is the last suite with double bed, bathroom with shower and a delightful terrace with a panoramic view of the hills and the swimming pool.

Park:

La Villa Torre di Monsignore enjoys total privacy thanks to its isolated position and to the high walls which completely enclose it. The 5000 sq m private garden, well-kept and enriched with colourful ornamental plants, surrounds the large 75 sq m swimming pool. The external lighting, automatic and completely customisable by guests, means that every corner of the villa can be easily used during the evening hours as well. The private covered parking area leads to the outdoor living area and the kitchen. From here, via independent external entrances, each of the 5 suites can be accessed. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Located about 5 metres from the house, the rectangular swimming pool, with five large steps for access to the water, measures 15 x 5 m with a depth of 1.40 m. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and the edge is in typical Trani stone. The pool has chlorine purification and is equipped with an ozone system.
