Passing through the entrance gate, you will be struck by the beauty of the vast green lawn that surrounds it and, if you look a little further, by the view of the sea in the distance. At the entrance to the villa you will be greeted by a large furnished pergola that serves as an extension of the indoor dining area, where the small but functional area equipped with barbecue and work surface is also located, just a few steps from the swimming pool. Villa Serena is surrounded by numerous tourist attractions, in a strategic point between beaches, historical sites and renowned locations: it is 14 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and 32 km from Castro, a town on the east coast with the nearby Zinzulusa and Romanelli Caves. A 30-minute drive will take you fo Gallipoli, a famous destination on the opposite side.

Interior:
The main entrance of this one-floor villa leads into the dining area with open kitchen, fully-equipped and with a dining table, that extends to the outdoor dining area from where you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, both spacious and furnished in minimalist style. The two bedrooms are served by a bathroom with a large shower and have a valuable view of the garden. The washing machine is located in a protected niche outside.
Park:
The villa, located on a slight promontory, enjoys a wonderful view of the sea. Set in a fenced park of 1500 sq m, it is planted with lawn and embellished with lovely cycas and majestic palms. The gravel entrance driveway is bordered along its perimeter by low stone walls that delimit the lawn area. In front of the driveway is a covered parking area for up to two cars. The atmosphere of privacy is emphasized by the well-kept liburnum hedge that surrounds the entire perimeter, while allowing a glimpse of the crystal clear sea. Outside, a spacious veranda furnished with lounge and large dining table offers a refuge during hot summer days, allowing for relaxation and conviviality. Adjacent is the barbecue area with a spacious work surface. Completing the functional outdoor areas is a handy shower stall, located in a private position.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Located in front of the living area to which it is adjacent, the rectangular pool, measuring
4 x 9 m with a maximum depth of 1.30 m, is lined in light-blue PVC and has chlorine purification and a ladder for access to the water. It is enhanced by a delicate waterfall from an amphora positioned at the edge of the pool which enriches the water experience. The surrounding sunbathing area, paved in Trani stone, is equipped with sunbeds along two sides and there is also a cold-water shower. The pool can be used in the evening as well thanks to the internal and external lighting. It will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
