Surrounded by lush private grounds, this contemporary property offers bright interiors, panoramic terraces and exceptional amenities, including a stunning pool and a heated outdoor jacuzzi. Its location near the beaches of Misano Adriatico and Riccione makes it ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday while exploring the vibrant Riviera Romagnola.

The villa spans three levels, connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR: Spacious open-plan living area with sofas, Smart TV, and large French windows opening onto the panoramic terrace; Fully equipped modern kitchen with access to the garden and jacuzzi area; Guest bathroom (no bidet). FIRST FLOOR LOFT: Master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, private terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. BASEMENT: Dining area with direct pool access; Guest bathroom (no bidet); Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe; Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with tub and shower and garden access; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. External access to the laundry room.

Park:

The 4,000 sq m fully fenced grounds are set on a gentle slope, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The garden features ancient olive trees, palms, oleanders and lush hedges up to 4 metres high. The panoramic terrace on the ground floor includes a dining area, wooden sun terrace and a heated jacuzzi for up to 4 people. Another relaxation area with sofas and a second dining space is accessible via a few steps. The gravel parking area accommodates up to five cars, with two additional spaces outside the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular pool is positioned at the rear of the villa, on the same level as the basement: Dimensions 15 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.3 m; Chlorine purification; Wide entry steps; Mirrored palladian tiles and LED internal lighting. The solarium area, furnished with sun loungers and a shaded lounge area under a sail gazebo, offers a peaceful retreat. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
