The villa's 12.000 sqm park is fenced and features a mixed lawn, olive trees, oaks, aromatic herbs, roses, photinia, cypresses, Lebanese cedars as well as areas paved with Trani stone. On the terrace connected to the living room, from which one descends to the garden and to the pool, is the outdoor dining area, whose distinctive brick-built barbecue is situated twenty metres away in a green, shaded area. A large portico, just a few metres from the kitchen French window, serves as a poolside living area. The property is accessed through an automatic gate; after 20 metres, the gravel drive leads to the parking area with four uncovered spaces, situated on the same level as the villa. The villa is equipped with external CCTV, duly signposted in accordance with current regulations. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is situated on the same level as the villa, about 10 metres away, and can be reached from porch and across the garden. Rectangular and measuring 15 x 6 m with the depth ranging from 1.60 to 1.40 m, it is lined with sand-coloured TOUCH pvc, and has a salt purification system, night-time lighting with a timer and 4 corner steps, fitted with hydromassage jets, for access to the water and beach area. The Trani stone solarium features a portico, seating area and sunbeds; a hot-water shower is set in a secluded spot of the garden. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This proximity makes it an ideal escape from the capital, a haven where the eye is immediately captivated by the majesty of the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, one of the most imposing and best-preserved Renaissance fortresses in Europe, which, with its towers stands proudly above a maze of lava-stone alleys. Strolling through the historic centre, one senses an atmosphere suspended in time, but a glance from one of its viewpoints is enough to discover the other soul of the place: the deep blue of the lake. Being a volcanic lake and a protected water reserve supplying the city of Rome, its waters are among the cleanest in Italy, lulled by the silence resulting from the ban on motorboats.
