The villa is spread over two floors. GROUD FLOOR - The main entrance opens into a spacious open-plan area with direct access to the outdoors, including a living room, dining area, billiard area, and bar counter. There is also a wood-fired oven area and a professional kitchen with access to a covered porch; two guest bathrooms; a reading room; and a laundry room (accessible from a second portico.
FIRST FLOOR – A hallway leads to a panoramic terrace connected by a stone staircase to the garden in front of the villa. This level includes two apartments, each with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and an additional double bed in the loft.
