Its strategic location near Salò makes it a perfect base for exploring the wonders of Lake Garda. PLEASE NOTE: A caretaker lives in a property adjacent to the main building, with independent access. He discreetly handles the upkeep of the villa, park and pool. Guests enjoy maximum privacy and exclusive use of all dedicated areas.

Interior:

Tenuta Navelli consists of a single building divided into a main body and an annex (communicating, when necessary, through the double door of a twin bedroom on the first floor). The main body has three floors connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR - The main entrance on the ground floor leads into the spacious living area organised with two dining areas, a living room with sofas and ornamental fireplace, and a large built-in kitchen. The pantry, with its hallway, and the guest bathroom, containing the laundry area, complete the floor. FIRST FLOOR - On the first floor is a study, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (with double entrance), another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a wellness area with Finnish infrared sauna. SECOND FLOOR - On the second attic floor is a family suite with a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a reading room, a bedroom (without door) with double bed and a bathroom with tub. ANNEX - GROUND FLOOR - With the entrance adjacent to the main one, it consists of a living room with ornamental fireplace and built-in kitchenette, a double bedroom with access to the outside and an ensuite bathroom with shower. ANNEX FIRST FLOOR: Internal stairs lead up to the first floor, where a landing leads to a hallway communicating with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower.

La proprietà si estende per 13 ettari, un'autentica oasi di verde dove la natura mostra tutta la sua bellezza. Maestosi ulivi secolari, con i tronchi contorti e le fronde argentee, si alternano ai filari di vigneti che, in estate, si caricano di grappoli d’uva, creando una cornice suggestiva attorno alla tenuta. Al centro si trova la villa, con un'accogliente zona relax per contemplare il paesaggio del bosco antistante. Le aiuole e i sentieri pedonali dei giardini terrazzati offrono un'esplosione di colori e profumi. Il grande patio coperto è attrezzato con forno e barbecue, mentre la tavola da pranzo principale gode di una vista mozzafiato sul lago e sul borgo di Salò. Un percorso ciottolato conduce all'area parcheggio, e da lì, attraverso il viale d'ingresso, si raggiungono il campo da tennis, il campo polivalente e la club house, arredata in stile rustico e adibita a spogliatoio. Si precisa che l’accesso ai vigneti non è consentito. Swimming Pool:

The large swimming pool occupies one of the most scenic spots of the entire property and is surrounded by a large stone-paved solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. A little further on, immersed in the dense vegetation, a wooden gazebo with table and chairs offers one of the most attractive viewpoints. Rectangular and measuring about 15 x 7 m, with a maximum depth of about 2.70 m, the pool is lined in blue mosaic and is equipped with salt purification, guaranteeing a pleasant experience while the lighting, both internal and external, allows the pool to be enjoyed at night as well. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Tennis-court:

The tennis court is about 300 metres from the estate, reached by a pleasant walk through the olive grove and the vineyards. Made of red synthetic material, it is of regulation size. Nearby, a multi-purpose court with two goalposts can be converted into a five-a-side football pitch. Also available is a small clubhouse, with rustic and functional furnishings, which can be used as a changing room and is equipped with a bathroom with shower and a fridge.
