Surrounded by woods, olive groves and vineyards, the villa offers an idyllic escape with its spacious interiors, lush gardens, and exclusive outdoor amenities. Relax by the panoramic pool, enjoy alfresco meals under the covered patio or play tennis on the private court. Its strategic location near Salò makes it a perfect base for exploring the wonders of Lake Garda. PLEASE NOTE: Adjacent to the main building, in a property with independent access, lives the caretaker who discreetly handles upkeep of the villa, park, and pool. Guests enjoy maximum privacy and exclusive use of all dedicated areas.

Interior:

The villa consists of a single building divided into a main house (spread over three floors) and an annex (communicating, when necessary, through the double door of a twin bedroom on the first floor). MAIN HOUSE – GROUND FLOOR: spacious living area with two dining areas, a living area with an ornamental fireplace, a built-in kitchen with a pantry; a guest bathroom with laundry area. FIRST FLOOR: study; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (with double entrance); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a wellness area with an infrared Finnish sauna. SECOND FLOOR (ATTIC): family suite consisting of a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a reading room, an open-space double bedroom (without door) and a bathroom with a bathtub. ANNEX – GROUND FLOOR (with an entrance adjacent to the main one): living area with an ornamental fireplace and a built-in kitchenette; double bedroom with outdoor access and en-suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR (accessible via a landing): double bedroom; twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower.

Park:

13 hectares of verdant grounds with ancient olive trees, colourful flowering plants and terraced gardens surround the villa. Stone pathways lead to scenic viewpoints and secluded seating areas. A large patio with a brick oven and barbecue provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining with views of the lake and Salò. A cobbled path connects the villa to the parking area, multi-purpose sports pitch, tennis court and clubhouse. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool occupies a scenic terrace and offers a peaceful retreat: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 15 x 7 m with a depth of 1.2 to 2.7 m; Salt purification; Internal and external lighting; Stone-paved solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas; Wooden gazebo nearby for shaded relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
