The villa spans three levels, seamlessly combining modern luxury with practical design. ENTRANCE FLOOR: The sleeping area features spacious, lake-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large covered balcony offering panoramic views of Lake Garda. The master suite includes a private sitting area, a large smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities on this level include a wellness area with a sauna overlooking the lake and a shower with a Turkish bath. Three more double bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A fifth double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR: The open-plan living area forms the heart of the villa, designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. The living room is furnished with a large leather sofa and a 60-inch smart TV, while full-wall windows open onto the covered terrace and infinity pool. The modern kitchen is equipped with double refrigerators, a wine cooler, ovens, a dishwasher, an induction hob with built-in extractor, and coffee machines. Guests can dine at the indoor table for ten or enjoy meals alfresco under the porch. The villa also features a home automation system controlled via iPads for lighting, air conditioning and security. LOWER FLOOR: A garage with space for two cars and an electric vehicle charging station is accessible from the villa.

Park:

The villa is set within a beautifully landscaped garden that extends to the edge of the lake. Guests can enjoy private access to the water through a secure gate leading to a small beach and a private dock, perfect for storing lake equipment. The garden features vibrant flowers and Mediterranean plants, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool, located on the ground-floor terrace, offers stunning views of the lake and garden. Measuring 10 x 4 m, the pool is maintained at a temperate temperature from April to October. A terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge provides the perfect setting for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif by the water.
