Its strategic location near Salò makes it a perfect base for exploring the wonders of Lake Garda. PLEASE NOTE: A caretaker lives in a property adjacent to the main building, with independent access. He discreetly handles the upkeep of the villa, park and pool. Guests enjoy maximum privacy and exclusive use of all dedicated areas.
Interior:
The villa consists of a single building divided into a main building and an annex. In the Tenuta Navelli 8 version, the main building is available.
The main building has three floors connected by internal staircases.
GROUND FLOOR – The main entrance leads into the spacious living area arranged with two dining areas, sitting room with ornamental fireplace and a large built-in kitchen. The pantry, with its hallway and guest bathroom, which houses the washing machine, completes the floor.
FIRST FLOOR – Study; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, with double access; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and wellness room with sauna.
SECOND FLOOR, ATTIC – Family suite with twin bedroom with joinable beds, reading room and double bedroom in open space, without door, and bathroom with bathtub.
Park:
The property extends over 13 hectares, an authentic oasis of greenery where nature shows all its beauty. Majestic centuries-old olive trees, with their twisted trunks and silvery foliage, alternate with rows of vineyards that are loaded with bunches of grapes in the summer, creating a picturesque setting around the estate. In the centre is the villa, with a cosy relaxation area for contemplating the landscape of the forest in front. The flowerbeds and footpaths of the terraced gardens offer an explosion of colours and scents. The large covered porch is equipped with an oven and barbecue, while the main dining table enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake and the village of Salò. A cobbled path leads to the parking area, and from there, across the driveway, you reach the tennis court, the multi-purpose court and the clubhouse, furnished in rustic style and used as a changing room. Please note that access to the vineyards is not permitted.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The large swimming pool occupies one of the most scenic spots of the entire property and is surrounded by a large stone-paved solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. A little further on, immersed in the dense vegetation, a wooden gazebo with table and chairs offers one of the most attractive viewpoints. Rectangular and measuring about 15 x 7 m, with a maximum depth of about 2.70 m, the pool is lined in blue mosaic and is equipped with chlorine purification, while the lighting, both internal and external, allows the pool to be enjoyed at night as well. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Tennis-court:
The tennis court is about 300 metres from the estate, reached by a pleasant walk through the olive grove and the vineyards. Made of red synthetic material, it is of regulation size. Nearby, a multi-purpose court with two goalposts can be converted into a five-a-side football pitch. Also available is a small clubhouse, with rustic and functional furnishings, which can be used as a changing room and is equipped with a bathroom with shower.
