PRIVATE RENTAL PROPERTY. Nestled near Apecchio in the unspoiled countryside of rural Le Marche, Ca’ Quattrocchi is surrounded by oak forests and rolling hills. This former farmhouse has been transformed into a well-equipped holiday home, perfect for two families or a group of friends. Guests will appreciate the additional privacy offered by two separate apartments, each one furnished for comfort in a traditional country style. The shared outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and fun, with a large pool featuring a hydromassage area, table tennis, children’s swings, rustic wooden dining tables and panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

The property is divided into two spacious apartments, each with its own entrance, offering a total of five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. FALCO (Ground Floor): This apartment includes a large living room with a fireplace and sofa; three double bedrooms, two of which have an additional single bed; and three ensuite bathrooms with showers. Guests can enjoy a private loggia with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. PETTIROSSO (First Floor): This apartment features a large living room; two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed; and two ensuite bathrooms with showers. Guests have access to a front garden with a gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.

Park:

The property’s extensive grounds offer ample space to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. The outdoor area includes a barbecue; table tennis; table football; a gazebo; and rustic wooden tables and chairs for dining al fresco. Children will love the swings, while the various relaxation areas provide peaceful spots to unwind. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The large swimming pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding landscape. Measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool features a hydromassage area, Roman steps and a metal ladder for easy access. It is lined with blue PVC, bordered with brick paving and purified with chlorine. The pool is open from the first Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September.
