Interior:
On the ground floor of the double-storey Casa Angela has a living room with attached dining room, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a storage room set up as a laundry. An internal staircase leads up to the top floor comprising the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one with a large terrace overlooking the pool, a cosy sitting area and a bathroom with tub serving both rooms.
Park:
The property is surrounded by an incompletely-enclosed, 1.5 hectare park with automatic entrance gate. The park is dotted with various types of bushes and plants, hedges and tall trees while the area around the house is planted with grass. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the large, recently built portico, furnished with table and chairs and a conversation corner with sofas for pleasant relaxing outdoor moments. The house overlooks a breathtaking hill panorama.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on a lower level with respect to the house and is reached via a small flight of 6 steps. Situated in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding hills, it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Rectangular-shaped, it measures 5 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m. It is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification and internal lighting for the evening. The 65 sq m solarium area is paved in wood and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor hot-water shower.
