PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Casa Sant’Elia is located among the hills of Ancona, 270 meters above sea level, near the town of Filottrano. Originally a historic farmhouse from the early 20th century, it has been renovated with high-quality materials such as Trani stone, antique marble, oak parquet, exposed beams, and vaulted ceilings. The villa offers spacious and elegant rooms, large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with a private pool. The panoramic pergola is ideal for outdoor dining, and a barbecue and wood-fired oven are available. The property is just 10 minutes from Filottrano and serves as an excellent base to explore the area’s attractions, from historic and cultural towns such as Cingoli, Jesi, Macerata, Recanati, Loreto, and Ancona, to the Adriatic beaches and the Conero Regional Natural Park.

GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into the living area with dining space and lounge; kitchen with access to the pergola with dining table; guest bathroom and adjoining laundry area. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with sitting area, loft bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; double bedroom; single bedroom with extra bunk bed; bathroom with tub. LOFT – Two single beds in a room without an access door.

Park:

Casa Sant’Elia is set within a 4-hectare estate featuring an olive grove, a small vineyard, and fruit trees (apples, figs, cherries, apricots, and walnuts). The surrounding garden (about 3,000 sqm) has large lawn areas, aromatic hedges, lavender, and jasmine. A pergola covered in wisteria, next to the kitchen and dining room, is perfect for outdoor meals, with a wood-fired oven and gas barbecue available. The property also includes an old silo converted into a bathroom, a large infinity pool, and a gazebo with sofas. Walking through the olive grove and vineyard, you may spot local wildlife. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool is located on a slightly lower level than the villa, about 10 metres away. Rectangular and lined in PVC, it measures 6 × 12 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 2 m. Chlorine purification system. The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a gazebo with sofas. The pool features internal lighting and an adjacent bathroom with shower located in the characteristic silo. Open from the last Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September.

ZER0DEP COVER - by Emma Villas (Mandatory) 99€ each reservation This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
