Interior:

The farmhouse is set on two floors and consists of two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. GROUND FLOOR - APARTMENT 1 – Entrance from the porch leading into a living room with large windows; fully equipped kitchen; one double bedroom, one twin bedroom; two bathrooms with shower. FIRST FLOOR - APARTMENT 2 – Accessed via an external staircase leading to a large porch. It consists of: a living room with a terrace equipped with a dining area and a sitting area; kitchen; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom with two single beds added in the loft (width 1.20m); one bathroom with shower; one bathroom with tub. The laundry room, accessible from the outside, is located on the ground floor.

Park:

The park is fully equipped to enjoy the well-maintained spaces. It features a large porch and a big swimming pool with a hydromassage area, as well as a garden furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage, measures 6.6x13.5 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. It will be open from the first Saturday of April to October 31st.

Thanks to the location of this villa, you can easily reach some of the most interesting towns of the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer months, the area offers a lot of outdoor activities for example trekking and hiking in the beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 20 20-minute drive you can also reach the Adriatic Sea coastline in Fano with free sand beaches or equipped beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars and restaurants. Historic towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in just 10-20 minutes.
