Casale La Cascina is an old and welcoming, renovated stone house situated on a hill with open views over the green Marche countryside and a breathtaking panorama of the Monti Sibillini. The two-storey farmhouse includes four bedrooms, a bright living area and a kitchen with dining area connected to a portico organised for al fresco dining. The well-kept garden surrounding the property features olive trees, hedges and tall trees. Completing this enchanting setting is a salt-purified swimming pool that invites guests to relax while admiring the endless view: a perfect setting for regenerating body and spirit, immersed in the rhythms of nature. The strategic location offers easy access to the cultural and natural attractions of the Marche region. Note: The property includes a private annex which will remain unoccupied during the guests' stay.

Interior:

The farmhouse has an area of approximately 200 sq m spread over two floors, connected both internally and externally. GROUND FLOOR – Kitchen with dining area and access to the portico with dining table; sitting room; bathroom with shower; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Living room with TV, two double bedrooms (150 cm wide beds), one with ensuite bathroom with tub and the other with ensuite bathroom with shower; two twin bedrooms; bathroom with tub.

Park:

The farmhouse is surrounded by approximately 3,000 sq m of garden, located at an altitude of 540 m and bordered by hedges, fruit and olive trees. The garden is mostly flat around the house and the swimming pool, and then slopes gently down towards the ground below. A portico with a dining and sitting area offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside. On the opposite side of the house is a shaded area with a barbecue. Within the property is an uncovered parking area for up to three cars Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on the same level as the villa, about 7 m away, and is reached down four steps. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 5 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 m, it is lined in PVC and has salt purification and five submerged corner steps for access. The surrounding teak solarium is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
