PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Set in a strategic and fascinating location, on a crest of the Marche hills, the Podere di Fi is a typical and, at the same time, unusual country house. Pulled down and restored by the current owners, it retains the proportions and materials of the old houses of the Marche, skilfully mixed with a eclectic, colourful and warm decor. The undisputed beauty of the house is made even more fascinating by the presence of a chapel and a fully functional bell tower. The particular taste of the owners and the wonderful location make Podere di Fi the ideal place for a magical and unforgettable holiday.

Interior:

The house is on 2 levels. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the living room. On this floor are also a toilet, games room and kitchen with direct access to the outside. The first floor is reached by both an external staircase and an internal one that opens directly into the reading room and leads to four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The property is surrounded by a 3-hectare park surrounded by lush vegetation which offers an enchanting landscape, from the Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic Sea. The park is set in an entrancing location, a true green lung where majestic tall trees alternate with fruit trees such as cherry, apricot, pomegranate, almond and fig. The various relaxation areas dislocated in the garden allow guests to spend pleasant moments in an extremely restful and evocative atmosphere. A few metres from the house an antique terracotta-paved pergola is equipped with dining area and conversation area; in the pool area a small portico and a gazebo offer a shady zone where guests can eat or chat. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the rectangular shaped pool measures 6 x 11 m with a depth ranging from 1,10 m to 4,5 m and is equipped with a diving board. Located about 60 m from the house, it is surrounded by several relaxation areas. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and armchairs; this area is completed by a gazebo and a small brick structure with a bathroom with shower and a porch equipped with a stereo system with external diffusion and satellite TV power point.

Location and distances


We are very close to Villa Zara, a small hamlet in the municipality of Torre San Patrizio, where the English writer Margaret Collier moved, leaving behind her home in Victorian London. It was this charming place that inspired the book "Our house on the Adriatic" in which she wrote: "The chaplaincy was called San Venanzo and was on top of a small hill from which we enjoyed a fabulous view, from the Sibillini mountains to the Adriatic, from Monte Conero to the Gran Sasso .....". The house is, in fact, just a few kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and, at the same time, just a few minutes drive from the Sibillini Mountains, in a strategic and fascinating position. We are in the province of Fermo, an area rich in art and in wine and food culture. Within a few kilometres are outlets where you can buy world famous brands of footwear and apparel. All necessary services can be found in Torre San Patrizio.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, they provided some dinner recoomendations. The pool was lovely and we used it every day as the weather was so warm. The property and grounds are maintained very well. We had a great vacation.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in agosto 2014 insieme ad un gruppo di amici (21-26 anni). La villa dal vivo, per quanto possibile, risulta ancora più bella che in foto. All'interno è ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario. L'esterno curatissimo. La struttura non è distante dal centro paese, ma rimane comunque in una zona tranquilla che permette di festeggiare tutta la notte in piscina ascoltando musica senza dar fastidio ai vicini! The final price of the reservation includes the Insurance Policy for Cancellation of Stay. You can cancel and be reimbursed in the event of:
  • objectively and unambiguously documentable motivations of health or work and not foreseeable at the time of booking
  • Covid-19 infections (new)
  • a terrorist attack that has struck the place of stay (new)

STAY CANCELLATION GUARANTEE DUE TO LOCKDOWN - by Emma Villas (Included in the price) The final price of the reservation includes also the special coverage, guaranteed by Emma Villas, in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of at least one of the following Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the competent authorities:
  • national lockdown in Italy;
  • local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
  • national lockdown in your country of residence;
  • Italian local lockdown in the Client's Municipality or area of residence..

HEALTH ASSISTANCE INSURANCE POLICY - by EuropAssistance (Optional) +1,5% of the rental price Not only cancellation policies, but also protection during your stay. You can choose to purchase this policy in the event you should, for the duration of your stay, want coverage for:
  • Healthcare with Operations Centre 24/7;
  • Vehicle Assistance to and from the place of stay and for the entire duration of your holiday; (zona "rossa" o impossibile da raggiungere a causa di restrizioni ufficiali alla libera circolazione);
  • Healthcare for family members left at home;
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses;
  • Repeat Trip Guarantee that reimburses the unused portion without deductible in the case of medical return home or early return home.

COVID-19 EXTRA POLICY - by EuropAssistance (Optional) 40€ each reservation To protect against any risks caused by the Covid-19 emergency, you can purchase the Covid-19 Extra Policy which protects you in the event that you or one of your travel companions are forced to extend your stay or are unable to complete it. In the event of consequences related to the pandemic that occur during your stay, if you sign up to this policy, you can request the following services:
  • Return home;
  • Advance for expenses for basic necessities;
  • Guarantee for extra medical expenses;
  • Extended stay guarantee;
  • Hospitalisation allowance;
  • Travel fee reimbursement.

ZER0DEP COVER - by EuropAssistance (Mandatory) 49€ each reservation The new "Zer0Dep" guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is an insurance coverage developed in partnership with EuropAssistance which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1500 euro);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
