As evidence of its history, it preserves, inside, some antique furniture and, outside, some of the original construction materials in stone. Just 9 km from Urbino, a town of immense historical and artistic wealth, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Villa Banci is surrounded by greenery and boasts a strategic position that will allow you to fully relax and also to easily reach the nearest towns of interest, such as Gradara, San Leo and Pesaro up to the Republic of San Marino. The property borders on one side the owners' residence (which is sometimes is rented as an holiday home) whose gardens are separated by a fence.

Interior:
The complex consists of the villa and an annex. VILLA. It has two floors. On the ground floor the main entrance leads, across a hallway, to the taverna consisting of a dining area and a living room with fireplace and TV area, both with direct access to the garden through two French windows. Continuing on the right is a guest bathroom, preceded by a step, and a small kitchen connected to the garden via a French window. To the left of the kitchen is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessed via an internal staircase is a relaxation area and, on the left, a kitchen with a fireplace. The kitchen is also easily accessible from an external staircase in front of the annex. From the kitchen, three steps lead up to a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, one a double with divisible bed and two with queen size beds. ANNEX. Located on a raised floor with respect to the villa, it is reached up six steps and is composed of a cosy kitchenette, a TV area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. A French window leads out to the main outdoor living area, under a wooden portico, consisting of a large table with chairs and a barbecue. The portico faces directly onto the pool and is the ideal place for preparing lunches or dinners and appreciating the relaxing hilly landscape.
Park:
Extending for about 1100 sq m, the park is completely fenced in (with a metallic net high 1.30m) and is accessed through an elegant wrought iron gate. A ramp leads to the internal parking area with space for four cars while along the left side of the villa is another parking area with space for three cars. The park extends over three levels, full of different types of vegetation made up of olive trees, birches, firs, holm oaks and palms as well as various relaxation areas complete with umbrellas, seating and small tables, where you can partake of outdoor lunches and dinners while enjoying the view. In front of the main entrance, under a gazebo, is a table football table, for the entertainment of adults and children.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on a higher level with respect to the villa, about 20 m from the main entrance. Enhanced by olive and palm trees, hedges, bushes and various flowering plants, it can be reached from different points: from a small flight of 7 steps, on the left side of the villa, from the annex in front of the portico and also across a handy lateral ramp in lawn. Irregular in shape and measuring 11 x 4,40 m with the depth ranging from 1 to 1.45 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, internal lighting (also present in the surrounding area) and is accessed via Roman steps and a metal ladder. The solarium area, partly non-slip ceramic paving and partly lawn, is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, small tables, chairs and a solar-heated shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
