Park:

The villa is surrounded by a gently sloping, lawned garden with trees, shrubbery and hedges, offering plenty of private space for outdoor living. The portico, furnished with a dining table, chairs, a barbecue and a lounge area, provides an ideal spot for al fresco meals while enjoying views of the rolling hills. Steps lead from the villa to the paved pool area, sunbeds and parasols. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The 5 x 10 m pool is set in a sunny, panoramic position, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Depth of 1.30 m; accessed via steps; equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from 17 June to 10 September.
