Villa Deda is a characterful, former farmhouse situated in the untouched countryside of Le Marche, surrounded by its own large garden with lovely old trees offering shade and natural beauty. The villa features an outdoor swimming pool, a table tennis table and a covered area for al fresco dining, making it perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Located just minutes from the village of Calcinelli, with shops and restaurants and a short drive from the sandy beaches and historic centre of Fano, this villa provides an ideal setting for an authentic Italian experience. The villa’s traditional country-style decor includes exposed stone walls, original wooden doors and sturdy furniture, creating a classic and inviting atmosphere.

GROUND FLOOR: A spacious and bright living room; a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an ornamental fireplace; French doors leading to the portico set up for al fresco dining; one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower; a second double bedroom; a hallway with two single beds; a shared bathroom with shower. The portico wraps around two sides of the house and includes an additional living space. FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms; one twin bedroom; a bathroom with shower; an additional toilet; a master suite comprising a study, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. French doors lead to a balcony with views of the surrounding hills. ANNEXE: Located next to the swimming pool, the annexe includes a changing area.

Park:

The villa is set within a spacious garden featuring mature trees that offer shade and natural beauty. Outdoor amenities include a covered dining area with views of the picturesque countryside, a pergola for relaxation, and a table tennis setup. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool is set in a sunny and secluded area of the garden. It measures 15x7 meters with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.50 meters and features ladder access for easy entry. The pool is available from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.
