The villa has two floors connected by internal stairs, covering approximately 170 sq m, with bright, welcoming and well-organised spaces. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance into the open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen, and with exit to the pergola; bedroom with sofa bed (two single beds); bathroom with shower; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR - Living room with smart TV; two double bedrooms; bathroom with tub and shower. Note: The fireplace is ornamental.

Park:

The 10,000 sq m of the park of the villa is enclosed features a mixed lawn, aromatic plants, photinia, jasmine and areas paved in stoneware. The pergola connected to the kitchen serves as an outdoor dining area with a portable barbecue, just a few steps from the pool. In a secluded location is the multi-purpose concrete court with a basketball hoop and multi-sport net. The property is accessed through an automatic vehicle gate; after 300 m, the gravel drive bordered by young cypress trees leads to the uncovered parking area, with space for up to four cars; from here, a 30 m paved path across the lawn leads to the main entrance of the villa. The part of the house occupied by the caretaker shares only the entrance gate and the first section of the drive with the villa; the parking areas and the access points to the buildings are separated by an further internal fence. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on the same level as the villa which is about 10 m away and is reached from the pergola and across the garden. This service, which does not include linen changes, ensures that the spaces are thoroughly clean and ready for use.

Additional pool towels

This service includes the provision of a minimum set of two additional towels intended for use at the pool or in outdoor relaxation areas. It is designed for guests who require extra towels during their stay, for families or large groups, or for extended stays.

The service includes:

  • Provision of clean pool towels, ready for use.
  • Availability of fresh towels whenever needed, without having to reuse those already used.

The service does not include the collection or laundering of previously used towels, but it ensures comfort and convenience throughout the guests’ stay. This service is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional bed and bathroom linen

This service provides additional bed and bath linen, in addition to what is already included according to the booking conditions.

This service provides an additional high chair beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to eat.

The service includes:

  • Delivery of a fully assembled high chair.
  • Renting the additional high chair does not automatically guarantee the use of the high chair already included in the rental price, which must still be requested and confirmed with the Emma Villas concierge via email at [email protected].


Additional baby cot

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.

  • Delivery of a clean, assembled crib complete with bedding.

The crib provided is a travel cot for infants.
