PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Beautiful tree-lined avenue will lead you to this large farmhouse in typical Marche style, just ten minutes from the beaches of Fano. The private pool and large garden are perfect for relaxing! The villa is furnished in a rustic style and consists of five apartments, three on the ground floor and two on the first floor, and an external common room with dining tables, sofa, and television.

The first apartment on the ground floor is composed of a living room with relaxation area, kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; the second apartment on the ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen with sofa and dining table, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the third apartment on the ground floor is composed of a living room-kitchen with sofa and dining table, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; The first apartment located on the first floor is composed of a living room-kitchen with sofa and dining table, a bathroom with tub and a double bedroom; The second apartment located on the first floor is composed of a kitchen with sofa and dining table, mezzanine with sofa and bathroom with tub, two double bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

Park:

A large garden surrounds the entire structure and on the front there is a flat roof with a pergola, perfect for lunch or dinner on summer days. In front of the farmhouse we find an annex with the common room, furnished with dining tables, sofa and television. In the pool area (fenced) we also find a changing room serving the area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool measures 10x5 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. It will be open from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.
