The Piedmontese Baroque interiors have now been carefully restored and transformed into a luxurious country villa that can accommodate up to 12 guests in an oasis of charm and refinement, where every detail promises well-being and authentic hospitality. The heated swimming pool overlooking the vineyards, the gym and the billiard room offer maximum comfort and relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life and in the spirit of slow living.

The property consists of the main villa and an adjoining laundry room. The villa, of approximately 700 sq m, has three floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; kitchen with central island and living area; dining room; sitting room; billiard room; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – TV room; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub; double bedroom; twin bedroom (joinable beds); bathroom with shower and tub. The approximately 4,000 sq m park surrounding the villa is completely flat and fenced. Once through the driveway gate, lime trees line the gravel drive leading to the large parking area near the villa entrance. On sunny days, enchanting plays of light and shadow dance across the large lawn through the tall trees, where a centuries-old chestnut stands out, surrounded by lime trees. Near the pool, a beautiful weeping willow provides a cool natural oasis of shade. A beautiful lawn runs along the rear of the villa, where a large dining table is situated next to a barbecue and where a ping pong table stands in the shade in front of the laundry room. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular pool, heated upon request, is located next to the villa. Measuring 10 x 5 m with a maximum depth of 1.6 m, it is lined in turquoise and has steps in one corner for access and a salt purification system. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, small tables and umbrellas; a cold-water shower and a guest bathroom are also available. The surrounding area is illuminated by spotlights and the pool is equipped with internal lighting. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
