Completely renovated, it is located on the third and top floor of an elegant historic building (85 steps, 8 flight of stairs). The furnishings are essential, modernity alternating with classic elements in perfect harmony, thanks to the parquet floor, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living area and the kitchen face directly out, through sliding glass doors, onto the 100 sq m terrace open on all four sides and providing the apartment with natural light throughout the day and offering guests an endless panoramic view over the city, from the roofs of the historic districts to the crystalline sea of the Golfo di Cagliari. Superattico Villanova is the ideal place for those looking for an oasis of peace without renouncing the urbanity that the city of Cagliari is able to offer.

Interior:

Superattico Villanova is reached via the marble stairs of a historic building without lift; it is composed of a living area, entirely in parquet and equipped with a large sofa, TV, dining area and a modern-style wood-burning fireplace. The living area is communicating with the kitchen and both face the terrace through sliding glass doors. Adjacent to them is one of the two bathrooms, with double basin and hydromassage tub. From the living room, an internal staircase leads down to one of the two double bedrooms, with private bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the other double bedroom with queen size bed (1,40m wide), with direct access to a level terrace and to the loft study. Please note: the air conditioning is suitable snly in the bedrooms.

Park:

From the living area, sliding glass doors lead directly out to the 100 sq m terrace which offers a wonderful view of the city and the sea. In fact, it is possible to admire the roofs of the Villanova district, the walls of the Bastione Saint Remy, Golfo degli Angeli, the port, Monte Urpinu, Colle San Michele, the Molentargius lagoon and the villages of the hinterland. The relaxation area created by cosy sofas will be the perfect backdrop to admire a breathtaking sunset and spend pleasant summer evenings embraced by the sea breeze and the unmistakable scent of Mediterranean scrub. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
