Once a noble winery, it has been transformed into an elegant villa that seamlessly blends historical character with modern comforts. Inside, its original terracotta floors, lava stone walls and exposed beams are complemented by modern amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen with garden access. Outside, follow paths through an attractive, Mediterranean garden offering tranquil spaces and shaded terraces. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining under a pergola, relax by the large swimming pool, or make use of the outdoor kitchen. Welcome additional facilities include a gym, sauna and Turkish bath for wellness enthusiasts, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The villa spans two levels. GROUND FLOOR: Reception area with high ceilings and seating areas; Twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom; Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; Dining room; Breakfast room with fireplace; Fully equipped kitchen with garden access; Spa area with gym, sauna, Turkish bath, and bathroom with shower. LOWER LEVEL: Two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom); Bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms have direct garden access.

Park:

Linera is set within a 9,000 sq m Mediterranean garden surrounded by dry stone walls. Terraces adorned with flowering plants and trees provide multiple areas for relaxation. The outdoor dining area, shaded by creepers, is accessible from the kitchen. Nearby pergolas offer spaces for lounging or dining. The swimming pool area includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a changing room, and a bathroom. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool measures 12 x 7 m, with a depth of 1.20–2.50 m: Chlorine purification; Internal and external lighting; Solar panel heating in summer; Located 50 m from the villa with easy garden access.
