GROUND FLOOR - From the loggia, the entrance opens onto a studio area with a stone staircase and handrail leading to the first floor; hallway connecting all rooms; fully equipped kitchen connected to a large living room with dining area, with direct access to the garden; living area with Smart TV, ornamental fireplace and exit to a pergola used as an outdoor dining area; double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower; guest bathroom; laundry room with external access.
