Interior:
The complex consists of the main house and an annex divided into two apartments not internally connected (in addition to a further annex with a kitchen and bathroom); the total area is approximately 550 sq m. MAIN HOUSE – Entrance hall (accessed from a shared courtyard); open-plan living room with lounge and dining area; kitchen (with washing machine and dryer); guest bathroom; room with steam bath; suite with double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower and living room with kitchenette. ANNEX APARTMENT 1 (on two floors connected internally) – GROUND FLOOR – Living room with kitchenette and direct access to a courtyard with pergola; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom leading to a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom (the latter also with independent access via an external staircase). ANNEX APARTMENT 2 (on two floors connected by both internal and external staircases) – Entrance into the living room with kitchenette; guest bathroom. Park:
The park covers approximately 5,000 sq m of hilly terrain. The perimeter of the property is bordered by stone walls, hedges, rows of cypress trees and wire fencing along the boundaries with woods and fields. Access to the property is through an iron gate, with a private parking area just outside, while a second entrance leads to the communal courtyard and the entrances to the main house. The garden, embellished with olive trees, fruit trees and lawns, gently follows the natural slope of the land. The swimming pool is located in a secluded and sunny position, flanked by a charming open-air theatre. A short distance from the main building, the renovated former barn includes a guest bathroom, a large kitchen with a wood-burning oven and an external canopy equipped with dining table and mobile barbecue, continuing into a cosy outdoor lounge. Next to the living room of the main house, a large lawn hosts a dining area shaded by a pergola, perfect also for outdoor cinema evenings thanks to the video projector. Each apartment has its own outdoor lounge/dining area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in a sunny and secluded position, yet easily accessible from the buildings and the external kitchen. Rectangular with Roman steps, it measures
12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.40 to 2 m. Lined with PVC, it has internal and external lighting, and is equipped with a cold-water shower and a salt water purification system. A travertine-clad solarium area of approximately 300 sq m is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a seating area. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
