The villa is approximately 80 sqm, arranged over one level. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into an open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge area with sofa bed (queen-size, 1.40 m wide); two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor space; third bathroom with shower; laundry area with washing machine.

Park:

The villa opens onto a private, fully fenced front courtyard, paved and bordered with hedges and tall palm trees. The outdoor area includes a heated hydromassage tub, a gazebo with ergonomic sunbeds, a dining table with umbrella and a lounge corner with outdoor seating. There is private parking space to one side of the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
