The Grillo is made up of a single building divided into two residential units. The main one, after entering the door, leads into the living room with a sitting area, dining table and kitchen in the open space, from which the equipped porch is conveniently located. From the internal staircase you gain the first floor on which there are two double bedrooms served by two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. Through a large furnished veranda is the entrance of the second housing unit, located a few meters from the entrance of the main unit. It leads into a large living room connected with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor (also reachable directly through an external staircase), which houses one double bedroom and one en-suite bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located next to the portico of the main area.
The completely enclosed garden of the property, about 3000 sq m, surrounds the house. It is predominantly flat and covered mainly by lawn, along which are various areas for relaxing outdoors: a veranda, the portico for outdoor dining at the exit of the main kitchen (with the stone barbecue a few steps away), two gazebos with relaxation areas and, finally, the swimming pool in a central position. The entire perimeter of the garden is delimited by a young hedge providing privacy. The shaded parking area is located just after the entrance gate to the property.

The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, is located in the centre of the garden and can be reached from the house, which is about 15 m away, across a path on the lawn. Measuring 5 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m, it is lined in light-coloured PVC, has chlorine purification, lighting and submerged steps for access to the water. The pool area, covered in terracotta paving and lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, little tables and a shower.
