The villa is surrounded by lawns, olive and fruit trees and vibrant flowerbeds, and is the ideal retreat for families and groups. The property, on two floors, offers spacious interiors characterised by a harmonious balance of traditional details and vibrant touches of colour. Completing this picturesque setting are numerous shaded spots dedicated to relaxation, along with a private pool, inviting guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding green countryside. Its strategic location, between Lucca and Florence, also makes it an ideal base for exploring medieval towns and immersing oneself in the cultural richness of Tuscany. N.B. The caretakers, who are very discreet and courteous, occupy a separate part of the villa and do not share any of the outdoor areas of the house, garden or pool with the guests.

The property covers a total area of approximately 275 sq m, spread over two floors connected by two internal staircases and an external staircase (lift available on request). GROUND FLOOR – Living room with sofas and direct access to the garden; sitting room with TV, furnished with sofas, table and chairs; guest bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – Living room with dining area; kitchen with external stairs adjacent to the outdoor dining area; laundry room; double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe) with ensuite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms, each with adjacent bathroom with shower; twin bedroom (joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with tub.

Park:

The fully-fenced property covers approximately 3 hectares, mostly flat but arranged on two terraces, with green lawns, olive trees, centuries-old trees, hedges and aromatic herbs. Enlivening the area are modern artworks displayed here and there. The outdoor seating area is set within the grounds overlooking the pool whilst, for al fresco dining, there is a wooden gazebo just a few metres from the house, overlooking the pool and furnished with a table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen is accessible via an external flight of stairs. A few metres from the automatic gate are two parking areas, providing a total of four uncovered parking spaces. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located 20 metres from the house, on the same level, and can be reached across a patch of lawn. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, it is lined in PVC, and has Roman steps and an iron ladder for access. It is equipped with a salt purification system. The solarium in terracotta and lawn is equipped with sunbeds, a large pergola, umbrellas, table, chairs and a hot-water shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
