It is located a few kilometres from Todi. The property offers spacious, bright interiors, enhanced by large windows that open onto the surrounding garden. Completing this captivating setting are several areas dedicated to relaxation, with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a splendid swimming pool, inviting guests to enjoy the tranquillity while admiring the view stretching to the horizon. A perfect retreat for families and groups wishing to relax and explore the cultural gems of Umbria.

The property spreads over two floors connected by internal stairs, for a total area of about 285 sq m. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with sitting area and dining table; two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower; one double bedroom (180 cm bed) with ensuite bathroom with tub; all bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the outside through French windows; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Main entrance; open-plan living room with TV, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with central island, and a sitting room with French windows opening onto the outdoor dining area; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and direct access to the outside through French windows; guest bathroom.

Park:

The terraced property of approximately two hectares includes an olive grove and, around the villa, large areas paved in stone with paths, lawns, olive trees, flowers and aromatic plants. The portico on the first floor is furnished with a dining table; nearby is a portable barbecue and a wood-burning oven. A pergola in the pool area offers an additional outdoor dining area equipped with a dining table and a gas barbecue. In the lower part of the property, below the pool, is an open-air parking area for four cars. The automatic and pedestrian gates are located next to the villa, in the upper part of the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular pool, located about 15 m from the villa on a lower terrace and accessible down stone steps, measures 12 x 6 m with a depth of 1.30 m. With five submerged steps for access, it is lined in PVC and and has a chlorine purification system, as well as a 3 x 2 m “beach”, a gradually-sloping entry area for children. The surrounding stone solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a solar shower and a pergola for outdoor dining. Internal and external lighting allows for night-time use. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
