Terracotta, chestnut wood and stone rooms, skilfully adapted to cover floors and ceilings, are the materials that express the architecture of this luxury property, characterised by a huge, elegant living room and four cosy and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning. The pride of this beautiful property, in which the standards of quality and comfort reach a rare excellence, is the luxuriant well-kept garden with an infinite mantle of green grass, tall trees and colourful flowers everywhere that surround the villa, multiple relaxation areas and outdoor dining areas and the splendid, super romantic, heart-shaped pool from where you can admire the breathtaking view. A fantastic home for those looking for a exclusive relaxing holiday in close contact with nature, for full immersion in well-being to leave the daily routine behind. In the outdoor area there is also a tennis court, a bowls court and a heliport. N.B. Inside the large estate, in addition to the Todini Winery, which offers guided tours of the vineyards and wine tastings accompanied by chopping boards with typical local products, is a wellness centre with spa, a luxurious restaurant and finally the Leo Wild Park educational farm: a vast area around four lakes that hosts numerous species of animals that have found a habitat favourable to their development and reproduction, from camelids, donkeys, horses, poultry and ducks to giraffes, zebras and flamingos. The villa is located in Collevalenza, a few kilometres from Todi which, thanks to its central position, allows one to move around easily and explore the various attractions of Umbria and Tuscany: typical borghi, with their town walls and picturesque views, and beautiful cities of art such as Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Montefalco, Rome and Florence. Services and shops for basic needs are about 5 kilometres away.

Interior:

The villa has two floors with the main entrance, located on the ground floor, leading into the large living room with dining area, various seating areas with panoramic windows with comfortable soft sofas, tables, chairs, bar corner, piano and a characteristic fireplace in the centre. Completing the floor is a large kitchen and a guest bathroom suitable for disabled people. The living room has French windows for direct access to the set-up garden facilities. From the living room a brick staircase leads down to the basement with table football and a gym. Also from the living room, or from a second outside entrance, stairs lead up to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub. Two of the bedrooms also have direct access out to a terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs, sofa and armchairs. The bedrooms are all equipped with kettle and air conditioning. In the annex, adjacent to the villa, you can easily find the portico and the laundry room.

Park:

Villa Sant'Isidoro stands in a scenario of quiet, unspoiled natural beauty, with a garden of about 4200 sq m in a luxuriance of many types of blooms and tall trees that alternate in the well-kept lawn areas around the house. Leaving the French windows of the living room and crossing a stretch of lawn, you come to a large pergola equipped with a long table and benches; a few metres away is a cosy portico with a dining area furnished with table, chairs, fridge, brick-built barbecue and wood oven where you can cook with friends. In the garden, scattered here and there, are various seating areas with sofas, armchairs, tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day but above all for enjoying an apéritif with a splendid view over the peaceful countryside. On the first floor of the villa is a splendid large panoramic terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs and armchairs. There will be no shortage of entertainment for those who love to exercise as this beautiful property boasts of a tennis court, a bowls court and a ping pong table at the complete disposal of guests. There is a large vegetable garden, also available to guests, where you can stroll and contemplate the view among the beds of herbs and genuine seasonal vegetables. Furthermore if guests so wish, they may have fresh eggs in the morning directly from the chicken coop. A few metres from the automatic iron entrance gate is a convenient parking area with 4 canopy-covered spaces and a large uncovered area for about 20 cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The magnificent and romantic heart-shaped swimming pool, equipped with a diving board, is located at the front of the house, about 20 m from it and on the same level and can be reached across a stretch of garden. The pool, measuring 130 sq m, with the depth varying from 1.10 to 2.40 m, is lined in PVC and has chlorine and oxygen purification, internal lighting and two metal ladders for access to the water. The terracotta and lawn solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, chairs, tables, shower, umbrellas and no shortage of tall trees that provide natural shade during the hottest hours. The pool is equipped with special safety signage, life buoy and a rod with life-saving ring and remains open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

At about 30 m from the villa, next to the pool area, there is a private regular tennis court in synthetic surface.

Villa Sant’Isidoro is located in Collevalenza, near the beautiful town of Todi which stands 411 m above sea level on a picturesque hill, at the end of a ridge between the Naia and Rio streams and the river Tiber. The town retains its characteristic medieval aspect, partly enclosed by triple walls, with narrow and mainly sloping streets. Getting around from Todi is simple thanks to the highway just a few minutes away. The renowned towns of Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Trevi and Spoleto can be reached in about 30 minutes with their palaces and noble courts, churches, monasteries, fortresses and towers in an intertwining of natural and artistic beauties. Less than 2 hours away by car are Rome and Florence. Supermarkets and shops are conveniently located about 5 km from the property.
