Interior:
The villa has three floors, connected by internal staircases. RAISED GROUND FLOOR – Main entrance via the external staircase; hallway; large living room with TV area and decorative fireplace; kitchen with central island; veranda overlooking the pool with dining area, TV and decorative fireplace; guest bathroom; storage room. A few steps lead down to: kitchen, laundry room, study and guest bathroom. Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the main entrance and can be reached by exiting the living room windows and the veranda, just a few metres away. Irregularly-shaped, it has a surface area of 140 sq m, with the depth varying from 20 cm at the beach entrance to 1.30 m. The 10 sq m children's pool, 40 cm deep, is lined in dark grey porcelain stoneware and equipped with non-slip steps for entry. It has LED lighting inside the pool and externally in the solarium area and is purified with a salt system. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. The paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
