With its floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary style and versatile spaces, Villa Gemmma is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.

The villa spans two levels, blending modern comfort with elegant design. MAIN FLOOR: Guests are welcomed into a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area featuring large glass doors that open onto the terrace with lake views. The modern kitchen includes a central island with seating for four, a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends. Adjacent is a dining table for ten, perfect for enjoying meals together. The principal suite on this level includes a private sitting area, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a secluded outdoor area, ideal for morning coffee. LOWER FLOOR: A wide staircase leads to the expansive living room, equipped with a wine cabinet, billiards table and access to a shaded terrace. A second living room offers a large sofa and television, making it ideal for relaxation. This floor also hosts four bedrooms: a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and garden access, two single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, and a spacious suite with a queen-size bed, seating area and direct garden access. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden filled with Mediterranean plants and a well-maintained lawn. The outdoor spaces include several lounging areas, a dining terrace with a gas BBQ and an outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. The garden's tranquil ambiance makes it an ideal setting for unwinding and spending time with loved ones. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is a highlight of the villa, with a diving board at the deep end and steps at the shallow end, as well spectacular views of Lake Garda. Measuring 10 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 10 cm to 1.80 m, the pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. It is open from April 15th to October 30th.
