Interior:
The villa is spread over two levels on sloping terrain for a total area of about 300 sq m. UPPER FLOOR - Living room with dining table, sofa, piano and direct access to the terrace with dining table and lake view; kitchen with access to the outdoor areas of the garden, pool and barbecue area; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. LOWER FLOOR - TV room with direct access to the garden; three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers and direct access to the garden; laundry area.
Park:
The garden extends over two terraces. On the upper level is a private parking area a few steps from the main entrance of the villa, a terrace with sitting area, a barbecue area and the swimming pool. On the lower level, the lawn areas surround the direct exits to the outside of all the rooms. The covered terrace with lake view, at the exit of the upper-floor living room, is equipped with a dining table.

Swimming Pool:
The private pool is located in the garden on a terrace of the upper floor of the villa. The solarium is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a cold-water shower. Open from 1 May to 30 October.
