PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Villa Sybille is a beautifully designed villa in an exceptional setting by Lake Garda. Positioned on a hillside above Torri del Benaco, the villa boasts breathtaking lake views, visible from its panoramic first-floor terrace, lawned garden and inviting pool. With immaculate contemporary furnishings and abundant natural light, this thoughtfully equipped villa provides a serene setting for a memorable lakeside holiday.

Interior:

The villa is spread over two floors. The first floor features a spacious living room with a sofa, SMART TV and dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, gas cookers, dishwasher and all essential appliances; and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a covered terrace running along two sides of the house, furnished with a large table for al fresco dining while enjoying stunning lake views. The lower floor, opening directly onto the garden and pool area, includes four bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; another master bedroom; two double bedrooms; and a second bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. This level also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second living area with direct access to the pool.

Park:

The villa’s outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The terrace wraps around three sides of the house, featuring a second dining table, a seating area and a gas barbecue for outdoor meals. The lawned garden, adorned with seasonal blooms, offers peace and privacy, creating a delightful setting for enjoying the villa's scenic location. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is the centrepiece of the garden, perfectly positioned to offer incredible views over Lake Garda. It is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation and includes steps for easy access. Measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool is open from the 20th of April to the 15th of October. A nearby bathroom with a shower adds convenience.
