Set in private grounds covering over 9,000 sq m, the villa stands out for its simple, elegant architectural style and refined interiors, spread over three floors. It can accommodate up to fourteen people in spacious, air-conditioned and functional areas, ideal for families, groups of friends or professionals seeking privacy and comfort. Outside is a large private swimming pool, shaded areas amongst olive trees and Mediterranean blooms, a gazebo and numerous relaxation areas. The property is accessible via a dirt road that runs through the vineyards and has a closed garage, a parking area, a photovoltaic system and easy access for guests with reduced mobility.

The villa has three, internally-connected, floors, for a total area of approximately 800 sq m. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance through a large glass area between the two bodies of the structure; sitting room and TV room; kitchen; dining room; guest bathroom; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and with direct access to the outside, suitable for guests with reduced mobility. FIRST FLOOR – Master bedroom with private bathroom with shower and tub and wardrobe area, and with a large window overlooking the garden; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower; living area with lounge and breakfast corner. SECOND FLOOR – One double bedroom; one twin bedroom (joinable beds); two bathrooms with shower; one twin bedroom (joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The private garden, which covers over 9,000 sq m, is completely fenced and features olives, centuries-old trees, seasonal blooms and numerous relaxation areas. The large marble patio in front of the villa is furnished with a gazebo with dining table and lounge. Access to the property is via an automatic gate. There are eight parking spaces available, five of which in a closed garage with an overhead door. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Private pool, located within the grounds in a private area. Rectangular and measuring 20 x 10 m with a variable depth of up to 2 m, it is lined in tiles and equipped with a chlorine purification system. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower and a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. The pool is open from 1 May to 5 October.
