Interior:

The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR - a living area with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen; two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. FIRST FLOOR - A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The property is surrounded by approximately 5000 sqm of fenced grounds, cultivated with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The outdoor dining area is easily accessible from the kitchen. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa and is approximately 3 m from the living area. Rectangular shaped, measuring 10 x 4 m, with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined with PVC, has steps for easy access, internal and external lighting, and a shower with cold water; it is sanitized using a saltwater system; complemented by a sun deck area of approximately 100 sqm, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas; it is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
