Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Il Nachiro is a newly-built property immersed in the colours and scents of Mediterranean scrub, less than one kilometer from Pescoluse and just 1.5 kilometres from the pearl of Salento, the wonderful white sand beach known as the beach of the Maldives. An attractive stone driveway leads to the structure which has just one floor and consists of three double bedrooms and a large open-plan living area with big windows opening onto the beautiful furnished portico. The villa is surrounded by a large level private garden with a lovely infinity pool, a fully-equipped relaxation area and a small wood where you can cool off during the hottest days. The structure is perfectly integrated into the environment in which it is located, with the Lecce stone and the dry stone with which it was constructed rendering it a painting in perfect harmony with its frame.

Interior:

Villa Il Nachiro has only one floor. The entrance, across the portico, leads into an open-plan area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The interior of the villa is very bright thanks to the large windows at the entrance and the furnishings designed and created to establish a direct connection with the fully-equipped exterior. Three double bedrooms make up the sleeping area, each served by a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located immediately outside the kitchen in an external room that overlooks the second patio equipped as a dining area.

Park:

The villa in perfect Salento style is immersed in a suggestive natural context. On one side of the structure is a small pine wood and Mediterranean scrub that give the entire property a perfect microclimate on hot summer days. On the opposite side is the splendid infinity pool. A handy stone barbecue, combined with an elegant outdoor dining area near the entrances to the villa, will allow you to enjoy alfresco meals in a quiet secluded space. Just past the entrance gate is a parking area located in the pine wood. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool lies on one side of the villa, about 10 m away, and is accessible from the portico by climbing five stone steps. Spectacular in its simple rectangular infinity shape with stone-effect PVC lining, the pool measures 4 x 10 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. With salt purification and internal lighting, it has internal steps for access to the water. It is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, tables, umbrellas and a characteristic shower built under a large pine tree. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The villa is located in Marina di Pescoluse, undoubtedly the most beautiful beach in all of Salento. The expanse of fine white sand, the shallow seabed with the islets that emerge from the clear waters, the dunes covered with acacias and white lilies, make it one of the most popular and sought-after places in the whole province of Lecce. The area offers boat trips, diving and snorkelling and, for the more adventurous, the experience of skydiving ... but Salento is also art, so a guided tour of the underground oil mills, the towns of Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli, a visit to the wonderful historic town centre of Specchia and Ugento and to the castle of Corigliano d'Otranto is highly recommended. Village fairs, patron saint festivals and white nights take place throughout the summer in the various municipalities, creating a pleasant atmosphere of perennial celebration.
