The outdoor spaces, embellished with pergolas and tastefully furnished verandas, offer perfect settings for relaxing or spending convivial moments outdoors. To complete the outdoor area, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar corner is the ideal solution for al fresco dining, offering an authentic and refined experience. Interior:

The property is on a single floor and consists of the main building (trullo = typical Apulian house with conic stone roof) and an annex (lamia = typical Apulian house) accessed via a stone walkway and steps. The external parking area is connected to the entrance of the villa by a flight of stone steps MAIN BUILDING: Living area with TV room and well-connected dining room and kitchen with direct access to the equipped outdoor areas. Laundry room. Two double bedrooms with queen-size bed (one of the bedrooms has two entrances: one through a door that connects it to another bedroom, and one direct access from the outside). Two bathrooms (no bidet) with shower, 1 of which ensuite. ANNEX: One double bedroom with one extra single sofa bed. One bathroom (no bidet) with shower.

Park:

The property extends over a panoramic plateau of about one hectare, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Trullo Luna is surrounded by olive trees, ornamental plants and dirt paths (300 sqm) and lawn (400 sqm). To the north, the swimming pool is flanked by a lounge with equipped bar while, to the south, opposite the main entrance, is a pergola with dining table and a second lounge. The lamia, to the south-west, is connected to the trullo by a stone walkway and overlooks Mediterranean woodland. Well-kept flowerbeds of lavender and rosemary and mastic trees enrich every corner. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on the ground floor level of the villa, which is about 20 metres away, entirely surrounded by a lawn with a panoramic view of a plateau rich in vegetation. Rectangular, it measures 14 x 4 m, with the depth varying from 1 to 2 m. Lined in PVC and equipped with Roman steps. Sanitised with a salt system. With lighting both inside and outside, it is surrounded by a 50 sqm sunbathing area with sunbeds and deckchairs. Open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.
