Park:
The exterior develops on several levels in the park which extends for about 2000 sq m. On the top floor, outside the living area, is the covered outdoor dining area furnished with a large table and sitting area; from here a few steps lead to the solarium and the panoramic swimming pool. At the rear of the living area is another terrace located on the lower level and connected to the private parking area.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool lies on one side of the villa which is about 6 m away and is accessible from the outdoor dining area, down three steps. Overlooking a dazzlingly beautiful view, the pool, measuring 5.5 x 6.50 m with a constant depth of 1.60 m, is lined in PVC and has salt purification, internal lighting and three submerged steps for access to the water. The surrounding solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a stone sofa provided with comfortable cushions.
