The house, on a slightly raised floor, has a beautiful view of the marina of Portoverde with its unforgettable sunsets. The proximity to the beach and to the Lido Restaurant, located in front of the house, offers guests the possibility of benefiting from various services directly in the property for a stay in total comfort.

Interior:

The entrance to this marine-style house leads into the small living room with kitchenette. This is the main room of the house, very comfortable and welcoming, with a dining table and a sofa from where you can watch TV. From here a small corridor leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms - one double and one with bunk bed - and the bathroom (without bidet) with a large shower stall.

Park:

The outdoor areas, even though not very large, are well maintained and equipped with every comfort. They are the beating heart of the house and this is where guests will spend most of the time. The garden is totally fenced with iron grate and reeds. The house is surrounded by a raised platform in natural wood where the solarium and relaxation area is located, with sunbeds, large dining table, sofa, armchairs and a fantastic heated hydro-massage tub. There is no shortage of large shaded areas thanks to the presence of elegant and functional triangular sails. In the area below is a small garden partly covered with white stones and enhanced by the green of the plants: palm trees, reeds, banana trees and oleanders. In this area is a shower, ideal for cooling off on hot days and for rinsing off after a regenerating swim in the sea. Relaxing outdoors during the last hours of the day will be an unforgettable experience: with the colours of the sunset, the fresh sea breeze, the lights of the port, the passage of the boats and the song of the seagulls. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Location and distances


La Casetta del Pescatore faces the sea in front of the port of Misano Adriatico and has the great advantage of being a seafront villa along to have direct access to the beach and main services. In fact, on the dock of Portoverde are restaurants, bars, minimarkets, various clothes shops, newsagents, tobacconists and a chemist. From here you can get to the main towns of the Romagna Riviera, including Riccione, Rimini and Cattolica, by car or by bike, in just a few minutes. It is the ideal place for families with the aquarium of Cattolica (about 300 m away) and the amusement parks of Aquafan and Oltremare in Riccione. For those who want to explore the territory, the most interesting places are Gradara with its castle, the Republic of San Marino and, for nature lovers, the National Park of Monte San Bartolo. The villa can be easily reached by car via the A14 motorway, by train and by plane.

Impareggiabile la possibilità di tenere il cane grazie alla recinzione. Soluzione misurata, essenziale e quasi unica per privacy, prossimità e relativa vista mare, indipendenza, prossimità alla zona verde per le passeggiate. Terrazza favolosa. Tutto rispecchia fedelmente quanto pubblicizzato. Apprezzatissimo il servizio ristorante/bar con la struttura vicina.
