The spacious interiors, the park shaded by centuries-old trees and the secluded swimming pool make this villa the ideal retreat for those who love tradition and wish to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. The villa is just a few kilometres from the renowned historical, cultural, natural and spa centres of the Tuscia Viterbese area, and just an hour's drive from Rome. Shops and services are 3.5 km away in Carbognano and Fabrica di Roma.

GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into the open-plan living room with dining room and access to the portico with living area and to the courtyard with barbecue area; kitchen with access to the garden, laundry room, guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – Hallway, double bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with loft with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. Note: All fireplaces are decorative.

The villa's 3-hectare park, enclosed by wire fencing and hedges, features mixed lawn, olive, oak, chestnut and hazelnut trees, aromatic herbs and managed woodland. The large portico provides shade for the living area and the ping-pong table; a few steps from the kitchen is a pergola of strawberry grapes with a large table with benches. At the rear, accessible from the dining room, is a courtyard equipped with a brick barbecue and a dining table with umbrella. Outdoor seating areas and garden furniture are scattered throughout the property, creating cosy shaded corners. The swimming pool is located in a secluded spot to ensure peace and privacy. Access is via an automatic driveway gate that leads directly to the parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

The pool is located about 40 m from the villa; it can be reached from the portico by crossing the lawn and climbing a few steps. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
