The house has been built using three different shades of local volcanic stone: Etruscan tuff, peperino and travertine, giving it a distinctive and refined character. Built in 1966 and completely renovated in 2022, the villa today offers all the comforts for a stay immersed in nature without compromising on the elegance of the interiors. Surrounded by greenery, the property ensures maximum privacy, whilst the swimming pool, suspended on a panoramic deck, offers a breathtaking view of the "Specchio di Diana” (Mirror of Diana), or Lake Nemi. Just minutes from Nemi and Genzano and about 30 km from Rome, it is located in the park of the Castelli Romani, an ideal destination for relaxation, nature and fine dining.

Interior:

The 250 sq m villa has two floors. GROUND FLOOR – The entrance opens directly onto the staircase: to the left, stairs lead up to the first floor; to the right, seven steps lead to the open-plan living and dining area with French windows opening onto the outside; an eat-in kitchen with central island and pantry; study with double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathtub in the room and a walk-in wardrobe. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe; bathroom with shower; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub; a living area with sofa, TV, treadmill and direct access to the outside; laundry room.

Park:

The villa stands on the rocky slope of the crater, in a steep, hilly setting that enhances the view. The fenced park (approximately 700 sq m) is rich in Mediterranean vegetation, with laurel hedges, oleanders, broom, olive trees, aromatic plants and fruit trees. Opposite the entrance to the villa is the outdoor area, with two shaded dining areas (one next to the barbecue) and a terrace with sofas overlooking the lake. At the entrance is a covered parking area for six cars, as well as two uncovered spaces in front of the villa. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, situated on a lower level with respect to the house, is accessed down a flight of steps. Rectangular and measuring 10 x 3.30 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m, it is purified with chlorine and features a whirlpool, a counter-current swimming system and internal access steps. The solarium area, paved with composite decking covering about 140 sq m,is equipped with sunbeds, small tables, sofas and two umbrellas. A cold-water shower is available. Open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.

  • Delivery of a clean, assembled crib complete with bedding.

The crib provided is a travel cot for infants.
