PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Positioned on a hillside in the Nozarego area of Santa Margherita Ligure, with panoramic views out to sea, Villa Bellavista is a memorable setting for a villa holiday in Liguria. Spanning two floors, the villa accommodates up to nine guests across five bedrooms in a main house and a self-contained annex. On the first floor of the villa, a living room, kitchen and dining room with views set the scene for relaxation together indoors. Surrounding the villa is a verdant, terraced garden planted with olive and citrus trees, flowering shrubs and lawns. Well-equipped for al fresco living, outdoor features include a swimming pool, a bowling green set beneath olive trees and a shaded gazebo with sea views for leisurely dining together.

Interior:

The villa is composed of the main house and a nearby annex, both on two floors. MAIN VILLA – FIRST FLOOR – Entrance into a living room; dining room; kitchen; guest bathroom. MAIN VILLA – GROUND FLOOR – Two double bedrooms; one single bedroom; two bathrooms with shower; one bathroom with bathtub; multipurpose room with additional single bed and garden access. ANNEX – GROUND FLOOR – Kitchen with two French doors opening to the garden; single bedroom with bunk beds and direct garden access; bathroom with shower. ANNEX – FIRST FLOOR – Accessible from the internal staircase or 12-step external staircase; Small hallway; Double bedroom with large terrace; bathroom with shower.

Park:

The 3000 sqm garden is arranged across several levels, with terraces, lawns and Mediterranean plants including bougainvillea, hydrangeas, and plumbago. Olive trees dominate the grounds, accompanied by orange and lemon trees. The swimming pool is set in a central lawn area, reached via stone steps or a ramp. A round table beside the pool provides a dining area, while a shaded gazebo on a panoramic terrace offers views over the marina. On a lower level, a bowling green is set beneath the olive trees. A paved patio outside the kitchen is furnished for outdoor breakfast or coffee. The property includes two reserved parking spaces in front of the villa. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is centrally located within the garden, surrounded by paving and a lawn. Rectangular in shape; measures 11 x 5 m with a maximum depth of 1.80 m; lined in blue PVC; chlorine purification; internal lighting. The solarium is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and mature trees provide natural shade. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

It was even better than expected! From the personal warm welcome by Ettore. The views, the beautiful grounds, to the cute kitchen, lovely dining room, comfortable family room, great bathroom, even comfortable beds!

A few suggestions would be, more towels per person We stayed five days and one body towel was not enough, ended up using our pool towels. The kitchen should have a few more staples(Olive oil ,butter, sugar, Reusable glass bottles of water In fridge)

Ettore was Beyond welcoming, he made us feel like family! From start to finish, he was top-notch , first class ,cannot Good things about him. I actually cried when I had to say goodbye to him!!!

Finding it on the website and looking at all the beautiful pictures and views, I knew it was the one for us! Was a little worried that there were no reviews and was surprised find out That we were only the second family to rent it!!!!!
What suggestions do you have to better the service provided by Emma Villas?
I don’t think I would have any suggestions. It was wonderful from start to finish.
