The French windows reign supreme with the splendid views they offer becoming integral parts of the furniture, completing it like an impressionist painting. The large garden surrounding the villa offers tranquillity and peace to guests as well as an incomparable view of the sea. The proximity to the sea, to fashionable Portofino and to beautiful Genoa make Villa Scirocco the ideal choice both for families and groups of friends who wish to visit the Riviera di Levante or simply to spend days of pure relaxation between the beach and swimming pool, enthralled by the unique panorama.

VILLA SCIROCCO HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

Villa Scirocco has three floors and is divided into two independent apartments. The main unit is located on the top two floors of the villa with the entrance at the back of the villa on the first floor. A large hallway leads to the panoramic living area with exit to the terrace, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining area, a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom, and two double bedrooms with an additional bathroom with shower. An elegant wooden staircase leads up to the attic with a double sofa bed and a toilet. The ground floor apartment consists of a large living area with open kitchen, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Both apartments have direct access to the splendid well-maintained panoramic garden with relaxation areas and dining area where they can fully enjoy the view and the surroundings.

Park:

The completely fenced garden, consisting of two sloping terraces at the front of the villa, is mainly lawn, planted with olive trees and typical Ligurian plants. The terrace at the level of the main apartment, overlooking the bay, is used as an outdoor dining area, equipped with a table for 12, a brick barbecue with double grill and a wood oven. The terrace at the level of the ground floor apartment, with the swimming pool, has been set up as sunbathing and relaxation areas. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The splendid swimming pool, located on the lower terrace of the garden on an open panoramic viewpoint, is about 20 m from the villa and just a few steps from both apartments. The irregularly-shaped pool, lined in PVC and with Roman steps for access to the water, measures 12 x 4,5 m with a total area of 45 sq m and with the depth varying from 1,30 to 1,80 m. On one side of the pool is a stone-paved sunbathing area with a sofa and armchairs shaded by an umbrella, a hot and cold-water shower and a changing room, while the surrounding lawn area is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs. The pool has salt purification and is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Pieve Ligure is a typical Ligurian borgo overlooking Golfo Paradiso in the Riviera di Levante in the province of Genoa which is just 18 km away. The biggest attractions are, without a doubt, the beaches. Pieve Ligure has a rocky coast so without great possibilities of comfortable, well-equipped beaches but the water is clear and you can dive from rocks like those of the Scogliera di Pontetto. For those, instead, who prefer to relax under an umbrella, the alternative is to head west to Bogliasco where there are a couple of interesting little bays while to the east, towards Portofino, is a large beach at Sori.

Excellent. Definitely a 10+. Ettore was extraordinarily helpful at all times, including check in and check out. He also quickly replaced a broken toaster as soon as I mentioned it to him. He responded quickly to all our messages/queries. His team Paolo and Loredana were also excellent.
