Recently renovated, the villa combines a modern and practical style with bright interiors designed for comfort. Sliding glass doors lead out to terraces and balconies, providing panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The inviting pool, set on a smooth terrace surrounded by sun loungers and tall pine trees, completes this contemporary retreat.

The villa is spread over two levels, thoughtfully designed to maximise space and natural light. GROUND FLOOR: Guests enter into a bright living room furnished with a dining table and a relaxing area with satellite TV, connected to a modern kitchen. Another cosy living area opens onto a terrace with stunning lake views. This floor also includes a service bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: The master bedroom features a French bed (140 cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a cosy sitting area opening onto a terrace with lake views. A second fully equipped kitchen, another living room with a TV, and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete this level.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by expansive terraces and a landscaped garden, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of Lake Garda and the surrounding natural beauty. The outdoor terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with outside lounge furniture providing relaxing places to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located under the portico and shielded from the sun, offers a serene space for relaxation. Irregularly shaped, it measures 6 x 3 m and is surrounded by loungers and a covered sitting area, providing a comfortable and shaded retreat. The pool is open from June 10th to September 1st.
